Foundation Repair - Drainage Systems- Retaining Walls- Concrete

Here to answer any questions about purchasing homes in Texas and what to expect when it comes to one of the first and major concerns - The Foundation.

Having the right Foundation Repair company can make all the difference in a deal.

Does the foundation company consider this? Or are you just a promising sale even at "Investor Prices"?

Do they consider that it is all about the numbers, how it all adds up and that one extra thousand could be the difference between go and no go?

How accuracy plays a huge role in the estimate, that even being a couple of feet off drawing the diagram can make the difference between needing interior piers - or a extra exterior pier

How about being able to discern what is going to be a rental or flip then tuning the estimate to meet those requirements.

Being mindful of quality materials that are not outdated and if all possible avoiding those areas by coming up with alternative locations of support - even if it constitutes less piers.

Being there for your best interests, the houses', and Company - then producing a proposal that just seems all the way around.... On point.
