advice on next move
Newer investor searching advice.
Im currently sitting on 4 rental properties and im looking to make the biggest move so far and i have questions ....
Anyways im looking to refinace and cash out on all 4 of my rental properties so i can use the money to buy more. I will prolly get roughly 100,000 and i want to use it for down payments on a few more properties.
Is this a good move? I still will cash flow monthly on top of equity cashout.
Will banks brokers or lenders loan a lump sum on all my properties at once instead of doing them all separate?
Thoughts? Considerations? Advice? Much appreciated.
If it matters im 29 years old and my goal is to make 4000.00 a month profit off rentals someday
