hello guys!! so good to be around family. or like minded individuals,... My name Leinz. Brand new investor.. literally!!!! i have a mobile home owner who actually owns the park also.. The property is a mobile home. BEAUTIFUL! He is ready to go with business.. i want to lock this in asap before he changes his mind.. HOW DO I GET THE PROPERTY UNDER ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT, AND IS THAT CONTRACT ALL I NEED TO SELL IT?>>??????????? im sure i can find buyers somewhere but i NEED  to close quickly the sooner i can get the property under contract the better..
