New member to bigger pockets. Just found the podcast this week and love what I have listened to so far. I've always believed in continual self-improvement and am now in a situation financially to start investing. I have been educating myself in the Stock Market, particularly value investing in companies with dividend payouts and playing the long game. But, recently have really dove into education in regards to real estate. I'm thinking about building a portfolio in this market as well. I loved David Greene's podcast and his strategy. Anyway, just wanted to reach out. I live in Naples, FL where real estate is absurdly high. Anyone from the area with success stories would be great. Thanks!
