It has been a while since my first post but I am finally back and living in the Fort Worth area which gives us a chance to actually start looking for REI.

I was Driving for Dollars today and came across the house in the pictures. 

Zillow says it is a pre foreclosure but I am not sure if that is right?

I had attempted to call the person in the "for sale" sign but did not get an answer so I am posting a Zillow pic. The prices of the houses that are not for sale seem about right from what I have been seeing but I know (correct me if I am wrong) the Zillow prices are not accurate. That is why I am asking what someone would guestimate their purchase price to be based on the not for sale houses being accurate? Our next door neighbors house (we live 4 blocks away from here) just sold their house for 120k 3-2 1200sq (it was a flip) 

I did not get pics inside but it looked like it was taken care of - just a few carpet stains - paint - "the usual". I could not really see anything else through the windows other than it was empty. (looking through the window is ok right? as long as you know/think it is empty?)  

only this house and half of the neighbors on the right flood like this on this whole block.

The fence on the left side was just repaired - within the last 2 weeks - I drove by 2 weeks ago to check it out - nothing has changed except the fence on the left.

the right side still needs repaired.
