I'm confused, if the business lost its lease isn't the business it pretty much done. Is it that the landlord just is not wanting to sign a new lease with the present owner or does the landlord not want a laundromat anymore in that location and will not sign a new lease with anyone? Did the current owner lose favor with the landlord because bills were not paid or the maintenance was not kept up? Maybe I missed understood the question.  Are you looking to buy the real estate, the business, or both?
