Nightly rental in Moab

So I'm not sure whether I should post this under success stories, because success has yet to be seen. Regardless however, I closed a couple of weeks ago on a nightly rental condo here in Moab. The first reservations have gone well and I have almost a dozen more. We'll see how this goes. Keeping my fingers crossed :-)
