$100k Profit Flip in Whittier, CA w/ 100% financing

My client, Travis, just closed escrow on his re-sale a week ago. What an amazing job he did!

He bought the place off-market for $415,000 and then put about $50,000 into it and got a resale of $575,000. We were able to provide 100% of the purchase price so he could use his capital for the rehab and towards additional homes he invested in.

Leverage is the key. If people have multiple opportunities I always believe in leveraging one's capital in order to be able to finance additional flips.

Gross profit was over $100,000, after real estate commission and holding costs he netted about $70,000 - $75,000. Not bad for 4 months of work right? Always nice to share great success stories when we see them.

Again Congratulations to my Client Travis... There are still plenty of good deals out there in Southern California.
