Finally got a signed contract

After 2 months of DM, a truly motivated seller called. She set the closing date for June 1. I got the property for 70%ARV-repairs.

Pictures will be posted. Inspection is next Saturday.

@Rudy Munoz I don't think it'll be too hard to find one. I'll put it on the MLS, FB, and CL offering financing. It's a 4/2/2 over 2,000sq ft with a pool in a good neighborhood.
