Alright, my first real post in BP. 

I have a potential deal in Spring Valley, Ca, 91977. I'm not really familiar with the area. So if anyone has any experience with SFR's in Spring Valley and renting them out I'd love to hear your thoughts. The analysis on the property is below. Looks good on paper to me. Thanks!
