Hey everyone, quick question! What is the likelihood or is it even possible to get a decent deal with bad or no credit? Can you actually get a deal with low of no money down? Thanks!

Be creative.   A couple of examples.  I bought two houses recently. For both properties I used money from people I know. They were cheap properties and I bought both with zero of my own money.

I bought two small two bedroom houses in move in condition. My mother in law loaned me 100% on one and a customer our mine loaned me 100% for the other.

Each person got a promissory note at 8% interest with monthly interest payments along with a 1st mortgage. Great for them, they get a good monthly check on money they had sitting in the bank. Great for me, I got two rentals with zero investment.
