what is a fair split or share of the profit

my wife and I have had good success flipping homes and were recently approached by a few friends asking to invest with us as silent partners. Her and I would do all the work selecting the homes, aligning the contractors and using her license to market the property.  the deals would be all cash with no bank loans...The silent partner will put up 75%, we put up 25%... what is the proper, fair split of the profits given our effort and expertise?
