Agent Partnering with Investors
I just sat down with an investor today to start a relationship as their go to agent. They will be fully funding flips in Orange County under $550K that I find for them. They want me to find the properties, create a proposal for them to look over if its a good deal, represent them on purchase, manage the entire project including design, and re-list the home for sale. I have two questions that come to mind:
1) How should I structure my commissions and project management fee?
2) How do I find good deals consistently through distressed sales on the MLS?
I consistently door knock and cold call so I can start to look for deals that way but they want to buy foreclosures as well.
Thank you!
