Luxury Home Assignment Deal Help...

I happen to be in contact with a homeowner from a different state who has a home that has possibilties. The thing that

I have questions on is it's a luxury home that needs no rehab. He even emailed me 20 pictures that give a detailed

view for a possible assignment. The numbers below:

FMV- $615,000(appraised when built for 595,000 in 2005)

Repairs- $0

TAV- $605,000

Asking- $380,000(loan balance---he needs money to buy new home as he has relocated to different state)

*Are there investors out there who like to purchase homes that don't need any rehab and sell them. Any advice from someone who has experience assigning luxury homes would be greatly appreciated and would even

be will to partner up!!!
