I'm looking for an experienced BRRR investor in central/north jersey area that I could possibly shadow and brainstorm with. I've got time, energy, and drive that I can contribute in exchange for some good knowledge. I was curious as to how the legal/landlord aspect is run as well. If there's anyone out there is greatly appreciate it.
