Should consolidate using a commercial loan ?
First thanks to all insights and advise..
I have 6 unit portfolio all of them locked at 30 year fixed personal loan.. Local credit union approved me single commercial loan where I can consolidate all property into one loan ..
Catch is its 5 year maturity 20 year balloon.. I will be taking risk of not able to refi at the end of 5th year..
I would like to grow the portfolio and have some flexibility to apply more loan under my name. But the only risk is my ability to refinance ..
Need expert advise from member in the forum .. Should consolidate or keep it under my personal name 30 year fixed? Thank you
