Small Apartments
Hello Everyone,
I've been looking to househack duplex, triplexes and fourplexes but recently I've came across two small apartment buildings. One is 8 units and the other is 13 units. Would it be possible to do the same thing with the apartment buildings (rent out the other 7 or 12 units while I live in one)? I have a goal of owning 5 duplex's (10 units) but if I could own one building and cover my goal in one purchase would that not be a better idea? (and hire a property management company to run the building for me) Any advice or comments on how I can get this done? Or would it be smarter to stick to buying one duplex at a time?

@Kory ClarkI am following a similar buy and hold strategy. I plan on having a portfolio of mixed properties ie some SFR and Multi. My end goal is to have many apartment complexes in Connecticut and Florida.
