Is this power line a problem?

Did some driving for dollars and came across the house below. It looks a lot worse than the picture below. This is probably an older picture from google street view. 

Please bear with me, I'm a newer investor and wanted some advice on this power line in the front yard. That is obviously something that can't be moved with a renovation. 

My question is: How much of a turn off is this pole/wires in the front yard? To me personally; it bothers me a lot, but maybe to renters it wouldn't be a big deal?
