My first SFH rental property-Good Deal or No Deal?

I am a newbie to BP and REI. I'm running the numbers on this SFH as my first rental. The 3br/1bth property is located in an average (C+) neighborhood in Columbia, SC. The asking price is $27,500 but its been on the market for over 180+ days, so I chose $24K to be reasonable. It has new vinyl flooring throughout, new bathroom tub/sink and is nicely painted. The previous owner was getting $550 as rent but with some rehab I would like to get $600-650. Because this is my first property I will get a PM company to manage the property.

Is this property is good deal or no deal? Should i pull the trigger or keep looking?
