Atlanta, GA Section 8

Hi all! I just became a PRO member last night after the webinar. Fun! I've been wearing the keys off my keyboard using the rental analysis. I've been a wholesaler for almost two years, and am moving into the buy and holds this year with a goal of 3 by years end. All that said I've a found a few that have peeked my interest, but would like for the more seasoned pro to give me some insights, especially an Atlanta member that might know the area. This is a section 8, currently rented, numbers look good, area is OK. Thoughts? Here is the analysis. And hey, I appreciate you all!!
