Can't wait to learn about RE

Hi everyone,

When it comes to real estate investing, buying, etc, I'm a complete beginner, but real glad I came across this site and plan to spend a lot of time learning all I can. That being said, it seems like there's so much to learn in order to get the most out of investing in real estate. It's not like I have tons of money sitting around to spend on real estate, but would like to at least do something on a "small" scale to get my feet wet so to speak. Can anyone suggest any tips or advice, books, or anything at all? I work a full time job and trying to save what I can so I can hopefully start investing in something that can potentially give more returns than having money in a savings account.
