Baltimore fix & flip with pool, does it bring value?
Hello everyone,
I was looking at a property in Baltimore county that seems to fit right for a fix and flip but it has a pool and it has me thinking, would this be something that might turn buyers away?
In Florida I would venture to say it's not much of a pro or con to a potential buyer as its all to common in the area. For Baltimore it might be refreshing (pun intended) to have a pool, I believe in our area it is truly more of a luxury that most do not have.
Anyways, I would sincerely appreciate any thoughts on the matter.
Thank you all!
