Finders fee question
I have friends who want to invest and I typically spend about 5 hours a day looking up properties and working to get great deals. I would like to start charging a finders fee, but don't know what people usually get paid for that kind of thing. Seeing as they are family/ friends I would only charge 1/2 the going rate.
What is the going rate for that type of service??
Thanks for the advice!
