ADVICE NEEDED how to buy in bankruptcy

Hi All! I have been trying to buy this certain property at the Chester County Pa foreclosure auction for 4 months(always stayed). This last time it was stayed due to bankruptcy. The house has been vacant for over a year and I have tried to contact the owner with no avail. I have heard of people buying the note and controlling interest. Also getting ahold of the trustee. (How?) But I don't know the first step to take or the process it would need to go through. I am open to anything. I have sent multiple letters to the owner of record at all last known addresses. I know there's people on Bigger Pockets that would get this bought. Thank you for your advice!
