2 level Townhouse deal
I got a 2 level 1978 townhouse for $89,900 about a mile away from me. I don't know much it would rent but all I know is it has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The HOA fee is 30 dollars and total taxes is $1,358 annually.
Now, the average rent in this area is about 1,250 according to rentometer.com.
Do you think this could be a good deal?
