I hope this is the correct forum. Please forgive me if not.


I have a house under contract that I plan to either flip, wholesale, or BRRR. For everyone involved peace of mind I would like an appraisal to confirm what I think I know about its value.

So far I have found the guy that is refinancing my first BRRR, and the attorney that put together my LLC on Bigger Pockets I would like to find a good appraiser as well :-).
