Rehabbing/Buy & Hold w/leverage (credit)

Hi All,

I am a newbie investor who started an LLC in 2013 for the purpose of REI. After learning the imperatives of the REI - from both sides (Flips/Buy & Hold), I am wondering how to 'get off the ground'. back in late 2011, I started building my credit from a 550-ish credit score and NO CREDIT to a 750 -ish score with roughly about 245k-250k available credit (175k personal, 75k business ( All pg'd)). I am really in need of some help/advice on how to get started pursuant to my situation. I am in the N DFW area. I have personal access to NTREIS (N Texas MLS) as I am an affiliate member of the National REIA, MetroTex (DFW), and the Texas REIA. I am a freelance web developer which pays the bills. I REALLY need to 'get off the ground'.
