My Successful start in Real Estate

I have to attribute most of my success thus far in Real Estate investing to my wife.  I flipped 4 houses while my family lived in them and at last she had enough.  I was told I could only flip houses we do not live in.  She discovered Rich Dad courses and talked me into attending.  Since attending several courses I have been wholesaling and rehabbing successfully for 2 years now.  I have a lot of room to grow and increase my production but have been able to close my drywall contracting business to focus on Real Estate Investing full time.  I love what I do and see so much room for improvement.  My proudest moment in investing thus far is making enough profit on my first wholesale deal performed to pay off half of what I had spent on Real Estate education courses as of that date.
