When I first joined BP, I was looking to sell some property to one of the other forum users, however something even better happened. Someone made a post about a deal they'd just closed and thanks to online marketing they were able to make it happen. One of the other members asked them how they did it and they recommended a particular website they used and they instantly got hits, and soon had the property under contract and were able to make the sale. I used that same website and I sold 3!

backpage links to every U.S. city's local newspaper. Whatever that particular city's local newspaper is, it will be backpage.com. I posted on there, and someone from Chicago was looking for real estate in the Cleveland area (which is where I am) and flew down took a look at the properties that we had, and bought all 3. He also just bought another one too this month. Also with meeting this guy he's in an incredibly lucrative business, making him millions of dollars a year, that he sponsored me and my partner for, and he takes the money he makes and invests in real estate. So that one connection put us in touch with many others who are looking to buy as well. Backpage.com is an excellent resource!
