It seems to be better to sell my Real Estate and buy Stocks

Please scrutinize my analysis. (see attached)

This is with the assumption that I will take a $1 million hit if I sell all my real estate.  You will see a net wealth of $3 million in the worksheet and $2 million invested in stocks (I can't invest 3 million).

This is also with a few assumptions on rent and on stock returns.
