Hello Bigger pockets family, I attempted to Analyze my first deal last night and kind of struggled with it but did the best I could. I had problems finding cap rates, taxes, and trying to figure the price range of utilities like gas, water, trash, and sewer in the area the property was in. What is the best way to find information like this so my deal analysis will be more accurate ?
