We just purchased a four-plex in Phoenix, AZ with investor financing. The investor wrote the check plus additional six-thousand dollar acquisition fee for which she will be paid 7% along with 50% of the cash flow, tax strategies, and back end. We will be paid a monthly property management fee for our troubles. This is a five-year play.
