Im beginning to look at listings with my agent and I was wondering if I could get some information on specifics order of financials and documents that are required in the first stages of analysis process.

For example, after looking at the details of the listing what dats do I collect first? Ask for Rent rolls, taxes, etc and also how far back do you research, past 2 years documentation of information?
