Dallas Investing Conference
Evening BP Family,
I'm starting to feel a writer's block for investing. I own 4 single family units with strong cash flow on 3, and owner occupying the 4th. The market is booming which makes it difficult to acquire efficient cash flow properties, although not impossible. I'm currently saving cash to expand my portfolio with Multi-family units. Should I utilize this strategy and be ready for the next retraction, or look into a different type of real estate investing to take advantage of the booming market?
Any conferences in Dallas, or anywhere for that matter to see fresh investor strategies? I don't want to miss out on opportunities because I'm locked into one single strategy.
Regards,
Nate Barbee
