Good Day Investors,

I am Real Estate Investor/Wholesaler from Los Angeles, CA currently working on a deal in Stilwell, Oklahoma. I am in need of some assistance and I would like to know of any recommendations for an Escrow or Abstract company that specializes in "Double Closings or Assignments". 

Also, How or where would I go about locating complete property details. At the moment the homeowner who inherited the property is having a difficult time providing that information for me.
