Would an investor (Rental Property Cash Buyer) be interested?
I am looking to do my first wholesale deal. I stumbled upon a property today that is a 5 bed 3 1/2 bath with a current tenant in Buda, TX. I haven't been to the property yet but I am scheduled to do so. From photos and speaking to the owner, there are no real repairs needed. Owner is looking to retire and move to another city, but would like for the buyer to keep current tenant in the home. They're currently paying $1700/month. He also has 3 showings set up for this week with others interesting in buying. From my calculations the ARV for the property is $259,683 on the low end. I think I can get it under contract and assigned for $205 or $206k. Any investors out there want to weigh in on if this peaks their interest? Or any feedback for that matter. Thanks!
