What's a good sq/ft price for a rehab you plan to flip for 120k

Hey guys! My name is Charles and I'm new to Bigger Pockets. I'm just starting out in the real estate world with high hopes of flipping some homes. As I'm looking deals I'm seeing lots of different properties and I'm hoping to find a home that I can flip for around 120k. I'm anticipating my rehab costs would be around 32% percent of this projects costs. That means I would have to buy a house around 50-55k. Any guidelines as to what to look for in a property or what to avoid. I would love if someone with any similar experiences could share how their deal went. Thank you, looking forward to your answers!
