@Andrew Syrios

Thanks very much, Andrew.

This transaction was pretty average for us.  A base hit, so to speak.

It was the direct result of the direct mail campaign we implement every week at our investment company.

Buying and selling property or flipping it can be very simple.  When I started out, I believed that improving property was required to create equity.

Further into my career I realized that great acquisitions could replace the need for improvement to generate equity.  And it is less time consuming and complicated.

Starting out as a real estate investor can be overwhelming.

The purchase for this post is to shed light on how simple purchasing and selling unwanted rural vacant land can be.

I hope this adds something of value to the post for readers.  Please let me know if descriptions like this should be included in the subsequent like-kind entries we have scheduled.  I am adamant about staying in compliance with BP guidelines in this (and all) forums.
