Our first rental property
My first rental experience was after I moved from our 3 bed room family home. The wife and I created our first rent agreement, based on the rental law/guidelines, we did not hire a property management team. We made little money, during our first 3 years with our client/renter. With that experience behind us, we have a new client/renter and hired a management team to manage the property. By adding a new team member to our team, our income have increased, by educating ourselves in the art of rental properties and building a support team, we feel so much better.
