I haven't priced residential properties for quite some time. I wonder if you think these are appropriate numbers on a SFD or condo: 

Price: $230,000 (the median)

Down: 33%

Rent: $1600

% of gross in expenses: 45%

Interest rate on a 30 year mortgage: 4.5%

Credit score: 700+

Status: currently unoccupied

Experience: Yes, some.

Proximity: 15 miles from home

Expenses/rent appreciation: 2% and 3% annually

Vacancy: 5%
