I am so grateful for people who pay rent! I purchased my first property in 2004 and profit from it. This success does not go without challenges, I truly believe that the outcomes we receive that are not what we intended are a prerequisite for success! After an eviction, and a few tenants, I found the perfect tenant who has lived in the property for 7-8 years with no plans on moving!
