First Rental Property Success Story

I am so grateful for people who pay rent! I purchased my first property in 2004 and profit from it. This success does not go without challenges, I truly believe that the outcomes we receive that are not what we intended are a prerequisite for success! After an eviction, and a few tenants, I found the perfect tenant who has lived in the property for 7-8 years with no plans on moving! I would recommend buy and hold properties to anyone who wants to retire with passive income being deposited into your bank account! I look forward to the successful outcome of acquiring additional buy and hold properties with creative financing! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
