Multiple offers
Hello BP
If offering a seller multiple offers, do you email/regular mail, a letter of intent with the offers? what is the proper way I should go about it.
Thank you.

I send a letter of intent but no formal contract. You're trying to feel them out an open negotiations. Once you can agree on price and terms then you can formalize it in a contract.
