Inspired by a conversation I had with a site member @Nicole (Dunlap) Pendergrass (who gave me some great info about her house-hacking experience), I thought it would be great to reach out to other house-hackers out there to share their successes, failures, finances, market, lessons. A sort of a if you had to do it again post. I really love this strategy especially for people starting out and would love to hear your experiences.
