Does this site accurately or at least in the ball park with its numbers. I am new to this, and input my numbers based off my research and numbers I have available. 

So basically what I am asking if someone with rental property can input your numbers to see if ( with real, actual numbers, not my proposed numbers) renders ball park figures based on what you are currently bringing in.
