Wholesale Property Help Fix and Flip Opportunity

I have a seller, property and price negotiated, but I need a buyer. It is located just outside Huntsville, Alabama. I have contract in place and a full property financial evaluation done. It is under contract at 60,000 with estimated ARV at 150,000 and estimated repairs around 30,000. I am missing one important thing, an end buyer to assign the contract.
