Would appreciate feedback on 73099 zip code in (Oklahoma City) What is rental demand? Median rent for 2 bedroom townhome (new construction) The specific property I'm looking at does not have a garage. How big of a negative is that in this area? Thanks again, should have been more specific in my last post.
