What should i do?
hey everyone,
here is my dilemma, I am new to this and after speaking with a client, he has offered me the following.
he would like for me to buy a 3 unit house for $103000 ....FV $140000
units bring in $2500 together.
there's a $95000 mortgage with financial expense of $1200 monthly.
he offered two scenarios: buy out-right for $130000 or the deed for $30000
what do you think?
