I have a neighbor who is interested in purchasing the house next to hers. The previous owner passed away and willed the home to paws Atlanta a local pet adoption. My neighbor had been in contact with them to purchase and was supposed to look at the property today at 11 but received an email that they have decided to put the house on an online auction site but she only has access to traditional financing.
