Does anyone buy houses and move them off location? (san antonio)

I have a gentleman who is very motivated to sell. He is in a financial jam, so he needs to sell quick. The thing is he just wants to sell the house and keep his property. The property is mortgage free.

So I was checking to see if any one does the investing where the buy a property and move the home.

If so I got a referral!

I already explained that with this strategy he can expect to much money for this home, from what I gather from our conversations he desperately needs 4-5k for his financial issues. So I'm sure he'll let if go cheap.
