Hey BP,

I would like to know your opinion on when to get the Appraisal done and the contractor walk through in the process of a wholesale deal? from my understanding is after the purchase of sale agreement is signed.

question- is it OK to do just a Appraisal done on the property after you get the purchase of sale agreement signed or would it be better to have a contractor as well do his walk through of estimated cost of repair.

Also I assume the wholesaler pays for appraisal done and contractor services fees is that right? or how dose that exactly work.

Thanks BP.
